Dental anxiety is real! I can personally attest to the fact that I suffer from it. Add to the stress, I just moved to the Tampa area and had to find a new dental practice as my bi annual dental cleaning was at the top of my list. When it comes to dental health, I insist on a practice with a capable, and compassionate team that has years of training to back up their claims. As luck has it, and a big thank you to social media, it is there I was able to read through 100’s of reviews to get a better idea of the practice I needed. Can’t emphasize it enough….REVIEWS! This, along with LUCK led me to the West Tampa Dental Group. I was successful in finding clearly one of the kindest, professional, extremely knowledgeable and GENTLE dental hygienist, Ms. Jackie. After my brief explanation of my issues, Jackie made mental notes and DELIVERED! If I wasn’t confident before, I felt like I was ready to audition for a Crest commercial afterwards! She cleaned my pearly whites so they glistened like a brand new car! Ms. Jackie provided great tips in preventing tartar build up that I’ve already incorporated into my daily regimen. I’ve been seeing Dr. Nati for about a year now, and I can say she is absolutely amazing! After having some negative experiences in the past, I was always apprehensive about going to the dentist, but Dr. Nati has completely changed that for me. Her care and professionalism, along with the incredible staff, have created a welcoming and reassuring environment. I truly appreciate the wonderful experience they provide. Thank you for making my visits so much more comfortable.

I want to warn others to be very careful with the procedures you get done at this dental clinic. Even if you have dental insurance, it seems like they charge prices as if the procedures were done without insurance, which ends up being much more expensive than expected.Also, make sure to carefully review your bill. In my case, I was charged for services that I never received, which is extremely frustrating and concerning as a patient. I also recommend paying close attention when dealing with the front desk, especially with Rita, who handles this area. Make sure to always ask for a detailed receipt of every procedure they say was performed. My advice to anyone considering this clinic is to review everything carefully before paying, ask clear questions, and always request a receipt for every procedure to avoid going through the same situation I experienced.

Amazing service. Great team. Couldn't ask for a better dentist. Not to be weird? But Dr. Nati? smoking hot. Never had a hot dentist before. I'll be back.
